The firm has an Unlimited General Contractor's License, with over 25 years of Residential and Commercial building experience. Kennedy Kyei
Kenendy is a graduate of the North Carolina State University with a construction managent deploma and also St. Paul's technical Institute in Ghana with Architecture and began a homebuilding business where he managed the financials, budgets and contractors for a local custom home builder. He managed the construction of over 50 custom homes. He built a viable business that grew and subsequently sold to a major builder, who made him Vice president of Operations. He was involved in the construction of over 150 homes and town homes, and renovating over 50 properties.
